The application deadline for the 2024 NC Seafood Festival was June 30th. However, once our initial planning is complete, we will revisit the waitlist through July and August and assess any remaining vendor spaces. At that time, we will consider your application and will promptly notify you of any updates or opportunities. Food vendors selling NC harvested seafood will receive priority on our waitlist. We encourage waitlisted vendors to pursue other opportunities, as we can't guarantee placement and don't want to hinder your participation elsewhere.

We are excited to announce that we have contracted with EventHub, an event management software, to manage our vendor application process, event mapping, and booth assignments. Now, vendors can effortlessly set up their own free accounts on EventHub. The platform's user-friendly interface streamlines the application process, providing real-time updates and enhanced communication features.

We are also providing detailed instructions for vendors, ensuring a smooth process. Our collaboration with EventHub reflects our commitment to creating a more efficient and engaging event experience through advanced event management capabilities.

Please note: if you submitted a form to be on our 2023 waitlist either before or after the 2023 Festival, this will NOT be carried over to 2024. All vendors will have to submit a new application.
