Vendor Wait List

The application intake period is closed but that doesn't necessarily mean you are shut out of space at the 37th Annual NC Seafood Festival! There are always last minute changes and sometimes vendors who have been accepted find that their plans change and for a variety of reasons, they must give up their spot at the Festival.

When that happens, we call a vendor on our waiting list. We call waiting vendors in the order in which they signed up and offer them first right of refusal on the vacated space. If that first vendor cannot take advantage of the opening, we move down the wait list in order until the space is claimed.

So be sure to sign up early so you have the best chance of filling one of the inevitable openings!
